"The photos do a lot of the talking here, but what's hard to experience on screen is the feel of this thing. What has the pilled texture of a beefy, boiled wool, is actually an open-weave tweed that Blue Blue Japan calls their Roving fabric. It uses a mix of yarns, all blue of course, that weaves unevenly and feels more like a slinky knit in the way it drapes. In combination with BBJ's classic, slightly off center buttoning point, it makes for a really special coat that's surprisingly wearable."---Ludwin
